Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Ironwood Willow Press Group is a printer and publisher in Memphis serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about proofing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
