Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Hartford presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Basic SEO knowledge.
