Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Banking Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
