Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Harborlight Bridge Arts Center is an arts centre in Minneapolis with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
