Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Field Housing and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
