Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ivory Banking Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 855 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files.
