Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Stonegate Junction Housing Group is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
