Westbrook Hollow Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Basic SEO knowledge.
