Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Bluepeak Bridge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Detroit. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
