Stonegate Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
