Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Ironwood Vale Water Authority Partners is a public water utility serving the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about capital projects. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
