Rivermark West Energy is an energy provider in Cleveland focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
