Senior Content Writer - case studies (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Loom Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
