Fernwood Forge Civic Services works with county and city offices around Phoenix, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Basic SEO knowledge.
