Senior Content Writer - case studies (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Yarrow Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Philadelphia with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
