Summit Clear Energy is an energy provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter readings. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter readings.
