We are growing our team at Northwind Thistle Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
