Westbrook Timber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
