We are growing our team at Bright Granite Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
