We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Banking Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
