Senior Content Writer - case studies (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
