Senior Content Writer - case studies (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
