Senior Content Writer - case studies (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Kestrel Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Minneapolis area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs.
