Harborlight Nest Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
