Senior Content Writer - case studies (Memphis, TN)

Cedar North Learning Group is an education provider in Memphis serving students and families, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
