Senior Content Writer - case studies (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Associates and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with visitor services.
