Lumen Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
