Greenridge Willow Community Partners is a Indianapolis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
