Senior Content Writer - case studies (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook North Insurance Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge.
