Senior Content Writer - case studies (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Wren Energy is an energy provider in Grand Rapids focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
