We are growing our team at Lumen Union Civic Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 926 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing.
