Senior Content Writer - case studies (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Keystone Civic Services supports public agencies in Fort Worth with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
