Amberfield Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge.
