Summit Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
