Senior Content Writer - case studies (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Boston, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Boston. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
