Senior Content Writer - case studies (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bright Pike Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Boston. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
