Senior Content Writer - case studies (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Holdings and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 429 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
