Bright Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Birmingham focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter readings. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
