Senior Content Writer - case studies (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Junction Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Baltimore area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
