Senior Content Writer - case studies (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
