Senior Content Writer - case studies (Austin, TX)

Silverline Maple Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Austin, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Austin. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
