Lumen Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge.
