Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
