Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bright Hollow Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
