Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
