Redstone Union Foods is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
