Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 433 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
