Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ember Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 403 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
