Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Quill Foods is a Tucson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
