Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Stone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tucson serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
